Hang it from your garage ceiling above where the car is parked and it becomes a one person job. AND, storage will no longer be an issue either.

Do any of you guys have the dimensions and weight of the hard top? I'd like to keep it in my apartment in the nicer months and wanted to know how much room I'm giving up for one.

Thanks.

You can put the HT on with one person. 3ngin3r spelled out a pretty eary method. Its nervracking the 1st time you do it, but after that, it is a breez. You need to open both doors. Lay some towels accross the seats (you will be stepping on them). You can grab the HT from inside, by holding onto the latches and hauling it on your back. Then climb into the car from the driver's side. Make sure you're up far enough the top will land where it should, and sqaut down. Crawl out of car, adjust the latches, and you're good to go. This takes me about 10min total now.

tenblade's right.....

a FULL 10 minutes!!

I installed my hardtop myself, even though it's not heavy (44lbs).. the weight distribution is a bit odd, so it is a lil challenge...

actually, i don't...it's only a 53" sony....

however, i store the HT upright next to the tv (we use it as a coffee table sometimes in the summer if we have large gatherings) and visually, they seem to occupy the same space.
