In Canada they offered Berlina with red/black interior.

In Japan you can get any color combo you want.

Of course, if it's THAT big of a deal you could always swap it out for what you want. That's what I did. There is a link in my sig detailing how I went from all black to red/black interior on my '03 Silverstone. Same would work for a NFR car.
