Is honda slacking on the quality of some parts?

Has anyone confronted a dealership about the bubbling in the head lights?
the s2000 is just a very unique car and different from anything else honda makes besides the NSX. my S2000 has more problems than any of the other 6 hondas my family has owned but i guess that's the price you pay for getting something so unique. but overall, the quality of Hondas has dropped. i've noticed that they feel and look a lot cheaper now that they're mostly made in Canada and the US. for example, our MDX quality sucks basically and you can feel it when you get inside. i think the S2000 is the last honda still made in Japan too.

First off I have owned 5 hondas and I will always be a owner. I have never had quality problems untill I got the S2000. I know every car has it's flaws here and there but I have recently noticed a few on my car that are getting worse. First was the top which I replace my self about a year ago. Second is my rear view mirror, the thing rattles like a rattle snake and the mirrored film is peeling off on the inside of the mirror. The third thing is my headlight housing, the black paint on the inside is starting to bubble up. I know a lot of problems are due to inproper care but these things to me are strictly quality issues.
I live in South Carolina, but my car has been garaged all of its five years of life, and top and paint remain very good. Has this Hawaii car been garaged? My guess is not. Still, many of us might kill to be able to live in Hawaii if we could afford. Hint: my 3000 sq ft. + two car garage house would be a wee bit pricey there.
