Ok, unfortunately I'm overseas and can't help my sister with her car purchase. She went to test drive a new Honda Fit and fell in love with it. Problem is, the sales person is actually being kind of rude and not taking them seriously. I believe she went to Castle Honda or something like that in the Chicagoland.

Is there a dealer in the Chicagoland with great sales reps? This isn't the first time I've heard of Honda Salesmen being dicks. My friend actually wanted to get a Honda Fit, but after the salesperson treated him shitty, he left and went to a Nissan dealer and bought a new Versa.

 

I work at a Honda dealership. If you want, I could talk to the sales manager and guarantee she'll have a pleasant experience as I know many of the salesman and a lot of them are good people.

 

a bit more of a drive but I would suggest Lisle Honda. What she is dealing with is typical of the industry but more so in the city. I believe hecash has a good contact in there when he was car shopping if you PM him.

 

I talked a bit more to my sister. She went to the one in Morton Grove. Apparently the lady keeps asking for her husbands green card...except her husband is a citizen born here lol...

I told her to go to a different one. She lives in the Northside of the city and works in the north suburbs (by O'hare). So if you guys know anything in that area.

 

I bought my 2010 Civic Si brand new at the Honda dealership in Elgin on Randall Rd. It's a little bit of a drive but they were awesome and very helpful.

 

^ yea that McGrath dealer is good, if you go to McGrath in Elgin ask for Dave McGrath. Tell him you were sent in by a close friend. I think Lisle is closer but I have no contacts there to share.

 

I'll tell her about McGrath, but what if they ask who? lol
