So I got my 2002 S2000 Brochure last night, what a major let down!
So before I rag on HONDA I will first say I understand why they made the brochure so cheap, I'm just disappointed. I guess they figured there was no real need to spend money on the brochure because the car is selling just fine.
They made a brochure that is almost exactly like the 2001 brochure. What I find frustrating is they used mostly old photos of the S2000 and then tried to create the new colors and the new features in PhotoShop. The beautiful shot of the Silverstone Metallic car with Red Interior was turned into the new Sebring Silver with Blue Interior, they did not photograph a 2002 car. The chrome trim rings around the taillights will remain a mystery until I see the car because there are no real photos of that new feature. Same is true for the chrome around the HID headlights, for this feature they did not even try to modify the old images, they just plain put a huge shot of the 2001 car in the 2002 brochure.
Silly me, I thought I would actually see what I was getting by looking at the brochure! And HONDA - where are the photos of the $3,000 harttop option?

The brochure has small color chips in the back and you know they are only so so for actual color.
What was interesting is the Sebring Silver in the brochure was only a little lighter than the Silverstone from the 2001 brochure, but I think the difference will be big once we see the actual Silverstone car.
There are zero images of the hardtop as I recall. I left the brochure home on my floor because I was so bummed. If there is an image of the hardtop - I guarantee you it is small!
And I agree with the above comment - HONDA obviously did not feel they had to put much into the brochure because the cars are selling just fine.

I am also disappointed by the 2002 S2000 brochure (US version). There was only one shot of the glass rear window, and I could not find any picture that show where the rear-defrost switch is. I also wanted to see if there is a different dead pedal, but no pictures.
But things could be worse, I also picked up a 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder brochure, and it is just a single sheet folded multiple times. All the pictures were of various roads, with only a few shots of the exterior of the car itself.
