If you need to have front-wheel drive (ie-daily driver in parts of the world where it snows) I'd definately check out the RSX-S too.
I thoroughly enjoyed the one I test-drove. If winter isn't a concern, definately the S2000.

I only miss it at the grocery store & on trips longer than three hours.....but then again, I liked my '98 SH so much, I gave it to the wife instead of trading it in. (although I must admit, I'm trying to talk here into a G35 coupe now...that car reminds me of what the Prelude probably would've evolved into)

my ex-gf has a 99 prelude. I think the s2000 is a big step up and when i drive the prelude i don't feel so comfortable at turns as i do with the s2000. the prelude is one of my fav. cars, but i think it needs a beefier wheels and a better power ratio...

get the s, life will not be the same again....
