The module that drives the hood lowering & raising & the left window has died on my 2001 AP1.....again. Not available from Honda I'm told in Australia.

Last time I finally got a second hand one from a parts dealer in Japan, then found the thing had actually come from a supplier in the USA. It hasn't lasted long, so I'm a bit loath to go second hand again. Surely someone has come up with an alternative replacement system to work the roof.

Can anyone advise me on this
