If you have warranty? Wet Nitrous shot probably would be the cheapest mod for around 500 bucks for a used kit you could have a 12sec S2000.

I don't know the exchange rate between USD and buttloads, but speed cost money, and a fair amount of money goes into the stock S2000 to extract performance. Getting even more takes even more money, so real gains aren't cheap.

Seriously, the biggest bang for the buck is an Evolution school. You have a potent autocross weapon, and all you have to do to be fast is learn and practice.
