i have another stupid question ...
how to calculate the the tire diameter?
what does it mean by 50% profile?

thanks!

(since i have all the time in the world now, so i am thinking of making an online interactive calculator to calculate the mph and different rpm for s2k with different tires ... )

A "50" profile means that the ratio of the height of the sidewall to the width of the tire (tread?) is 0.5.

So, a 225/50-16's nominal outer diameter is:
225mm*0.5 * 2 + 16inch * 25.4mm/inch = 631mm = 24.9 inches
But, as I understand it, the actual diameter can be somewhat different from these nominal values. Also, at speed it also stretches out some.
