Does pulling fuse 14 disable anything else, or just the DRLs? I might have to try that. I'm not a big fan of them myself. Any DRL warning lights triggered by doing this? I might as well just try it out and see for myself.

Maybe somewhat but has anyone replaced the high beams with a xenon matching bulb on an 06-07, and if so, how does that look with the DRLs on? Pictures please if possible.

Its going to look the same because the DRLs only run at 60% power. You need 100% power to see the difference between the stocks and something like silverstars, and even then there is hardly a difference

I hate it when my brake lights come on all the time when I'm slowing down? What fuse do I pull?

Anything to make your car more visable shouldn't be touched. Bad idea.

I WANT DRL.

What are the ill effects of leaving on my headlights all the time? Just replacing bulbs earlier? If so, how much are our headlight bulbs?

DRL's are about half power high beams. Should be simple to add. Check with your Honda dealer.
