Default How do I remove the secret compartment door?

Hey, I need to figure out how to remove the door to the secret compartment ( the one above the normal glove box ). My friend is giving me his wind deflector since hes trading in his car and we wanted to trade entire doors so hes not left with a door with holes in it. Thanks in advance.

The doors come stock with holes, unless you have a MY 2000. To remove the door you have to first remove the entire rear console. The door cannot be removed with the rear console in place. This is not difficult, but there are several screws that attach below the level of the rear tray, so you have to remove several of the clips hold the rear tray in place, then push the tray down to access the screws. Its a pain. I've removed mine three times, so I now have it down to a science
