How do I turn my S2000 into a drift machine?

Everyone should expect to see some nice insurance rate increases shortly.
Autocrossing and drifting actually makes kids better drivers, because they learn to handle the car at its limits, and are better able to handle emergency situations when and if they crop up on the street.

i must say i've quickly grown out of "driving like i'm immortal" after seeing bad things happen.
guess its a good thing.
We drive cars that beg to be driven hard, and we push them harder than we would a more mundane car. Regular reminders of what *can* happen is better than having to get the experience first hand.

Just watched the first episode of "Master of Champions". Guess what they had as the first clip? Yup, you guessed it. A competition between two drifters spinning around a studio grating a block of cheeze in the middle.
In this corner, we have the beautiful little young Asian former "Tire model". The cheeze isn't the only thing that's "grating". GAWD, that voice!
And in this corner, we have a young "Richie Cunningham" who got inspired to get into this sport from drifting his "BIG WHEEL" as a kid. Oooh, he's in the big leagues now.
And then there's the contestant interviewer. Can't remember her name or how she got the job, but OH THAT CLEAVAGE!
And the crowd goes crazy as they whip around and send pieces of cheeze flying all over the studio.
OH WAIT! Richie's car is ON FIRE! The cheeze has CAUGHT FIRE! Is he gonna make it? Is he OK? OH MY GAWD, how is this going to turn out?
Sure does authenticate and validate a sport that normally takes a lot of money and skill. This sort of thing just turned it into a FREAK SHOW! You shouldn't seen the other "entries".

I have seen videos of an S drifting. I do know that the S was supercharged. I'm not sure on the suspension mods, but for certain, if your S is pre-04, you'll want to beef up the diff.
I'd bet that the S is a load to handle for intentional drifting. I've "fishtailed" many times on the track, but if it isn't caught quickly, it turns into a spin.
