i don't post like a dillweed. if i did, it wasn't on purpose.

Like I talk to my friends. I don't take words on a screen too seriously.

I write as if I am talking to my friends. Capitalization and syntax are open ended. Grammar rules are still in effect though.

I usually try to stick to good grammar, punctuation, and spelling, but I also include words my English teacher probably wouldn't want me to use in an essay: slang, profanity at times, etc. I usually proofread before posting and am extra meticulous if it's part of some argument or I'm trying to argue a point. Don't wanna look like an idiot when pwning someone

EDIT - I also edit way too much after reading what I said and not liking how it sounds. Haha!

I type with respect...I realize there are kids on this forum and I respect everyone elses' way of expressing themselves through a keyboard, but especially since my career won't involve me using slang and lowercase letters...I do my best to type correctly.

i jus rite how i talk cuz its the internet and i'm gonna talk like i do wit my boyz and stuf lol but really wat da point of good gramer cuz nobody cares what you be saying half the times anywayz no what i mean n stuff man lolz tight sick teh sex

Actually, I try to write appropriately whenever possible. I find it difficult to switch on/off correct grammar and spelling. I'd rather not write like an idiot at work, so I try to make writing correctly a habit.

I write as I would my friends, but with as much proper grammar as possible so I can keep my skill up w/o having to use spell/grammar check as much. Firefox helps me cheat on spelling though.

I really don't like the whole texting lingo when people now have full qwerty keypads on their phone. Strikes me as lazy. My background is that I am a young (24) semi-college educated guy who works with mortgages.
