Default How Do You Enter/Exit Your Dream Car?

Okay, so it sounds stupid, but I'm serious. I've worn out the left wing of the driver's seat on two cars already.

If you're like me and enter right leg first (left for Japan, UK), you're going to wear out the seat wing.

If you remember to sit down on the seat first and then swing your legs in, your seat wing will last forever, but will the seat bottom?

If you jump over the door and plop into the seat, you're more agile than I am, but chances are your neighbors will be standoffish.

If you have a solution for this seemingly insignifigant dilemma, I'd sure like to hear about it.

I take the 'butt first' approach.

I'm short but I still put the seat all the way back before exiting the car, this give me more room to exit and then enter the next time as well.

I put my right leg in first, and then "fall" into the seat... I don't disturb the side bolsters doing this.

I do this all the times, and never rub the seat bolsters of all my cars.

Because I am skinny.

Hmmmmmm....

Well I'm not overweight and though not thin, I'm not considered fat. I'm 65, 5'9" and about 175#.

Guess maybe I just bend in the wrong places!!
