Smile how do you go over speed bumps?

My gym has tons of speed bumps. These are larger than your mall or grocey store bumps so you have to be careful...Well I use to approach at about 2-4mph put in N and then after the fwd wheels are over then the rear wheels dont have enough power and car slowly slides back and then I have to hit to 1st, I didnt like this so recently I've been just pressing the clutch while going at about 2-3mph in 1st. I didnt want to use the clutch at all but the car didnt have enough pwoer to go over em at under 4mph. If you at 5-6mph its like the whole car is being tossed about...So how do you guys do it? speedbumps BTW well large ones...

drive arond 3-4 mph and push in the clutch as the car goes over the bump. let the momentum of the car push the car over the bump, don't ride the clutch.

i hope that made sense.

yeh I tried that, at 3pmh-4mph the rear wheels most of the time can't get over that bump not enoug momentum...Its like I have to depress the clutch a lil and then lightly tap accelrator to keep going at 2-3mph. I did that today. Damn I hate those things, but they are evrywhere I mean every 10 feet!!

I bet it looked way to funny from an observer as I try to hit it at 3-4 and then the car just rolls back

The townhome complex I live in has alot of them. I always take them in 2nd gear and go over them at an angle to take away some of the shock.

Hmm maybe I will jsut go over them at 5mph then, but wont that damage anything? I mean my bumper isn't getting hit but its like the car is being tossed.
