how do you post pictures within threads?

Could someone please give me a quick step by step on "how to post pictures" in these forums?

first you have to host them on a site then click the insert image icon on top paste your link and click insert

You could also use the gallery on here to host images then post them in threads

^ Pretty much the same as any other forum site. It's really simple. Take a link to an existing photo to try it out. Here's the s2ki logo for example:
