Default How do you remove the carpet in the trunk?

I'm not talking about the pieces that go to under the convertible top. I'm talking about the carpet on the floor and bumper of the trunk. Anything to it other then taking out all of the plastic clips that like to break real easy?

nonono, the black clips have a little round button in the middle. push them in. then you will be able to pull out the entire clip easily. When you put it back in, make sure the little round button is sticking OUT, put the clip in, then push the button in so it sits flush with the clip. I had to do this to put in the PIAA Xtreme White Backup Bulbs

Take out the plastic clips and the panels come out with ease. Total of 5 panels -- the spare tire cover, back wall section, left section, right section and floor.
