I just got my first S2000 about one month ago and was wondering how/where to store the hardtop until winter comes.

I live in a city, so space is tight and storage units are expensive ($80/month is the cheapest I could find). I do have some space under my house but it is not secure and semi-open to the elements. I could build some type of water proof box and attach it with a chain to one of the beams the house is on.

Do you think this is a feasible idea? Or should I just pony up and get storage?

Do you have some ceiling space somewhere to hang it from? It's not that heavy.

 

It would make a damn nice coffee table
