How do you take off a front lip?

i have OEM. if its not easy to do, whats the cheapest shop i can go to?

car is in los angeles.

It's fairly easy to do with some tools and made a tad easie if you can get the front of the car rasied.

If you go to the H-A sponsor site they have the instructions online.

Drive up on some 2x4 lay on your back take out the 8....10mm bolts ant the four + Phillips screws on the sides where it wraps around by the wheel and that is it
