Default How easy to remove our seats?

I want to vacuum and clean under my seats, but unfortunately it looks like I'll have to remove them to do it. I've never changed out seats or even removed them from a car, so what tools will I need and how long do you expect it to take?

And i believe for the 04+ models they have a driver side seat belt indicator wire on the bottom of the seat

be careful not to scratch the door wheels with the seat brackets. it's easier if you put the top down and get help to remove it straight up.

For anyone that hasn't heard about S2000 seat theft, I just posted a scary thread:
