I hit a 100 or more almost daily and I have been up to 145mph heading south on 85 racing a hatchback civic, which wasn't a fair battle but he wanted some.....so he got some.

141 top up on a country road and 137 top down on the same road.

Its a risky business speeding in the UK, far too many intelligent static and mobile speed camera units about!

Last Sunday was the first day that I actually had a chance to take it on the Interstate and go for a ride. I went just over 120mph before easing off. I would have gone faster, but I didn't have a radar detector and didn't want to take any chances. But now, I have my radar detector, and I sense a highway or backroads ride is in order to find out how fast this thing is. I just hope the weather stays nice this weekend, as that is one reason I haven't been able to go out for any rides lately.

It handled 120mph like nothing! I can't believe how well this car handles and stays planted to the road. Smooth and steady the whole time.

118 mph (est) on I-80 -Took our companies CFO for a short hop down the interstate. On the return trip, vtec'd the car on the on ramp just as we were coming on to the interstate. A trucker was right beside the car as we shot form 90 + to 110, CFO said "Did you see the eyeballs on that trucker, holy cow"? I didn't. At that speed I tend to watch the road more than the attention I get from others. Anyway, I keep trying to talk the CEO into letting the "S" be my company car - (It's not going to happen ), but on the rare occasion I drive the "S" to work, 17 mile one way - 10 min trip - if you don't know the math thats' 102 mph average

I've done around 125 MPH (with the top up) on highway 5 heading down to So Cal. No need to do it again, though. The faster I go, the more vivid the images of a traffic jam, sudden braking, exploring tires, and a shower of dismembered body parts.

I did 150mph (with the top down) right after i installed my cold air intake. I also raced a Boxter on the interstate doing 130mph+, which ended in me passing him doing 141mph.
