Whenever my top is up (please don't flame me). It makes the most annoying squeek, pop, tick, sounds. It seems like its coming from the bars that brace the top. Any suggestions?

Some guy had posted a thread here with pics and circles showing where to lube and tighten etc... But the thread is missing anything usable. There are pics there but only bad ones.

It drives me nuts too.

 

I've been having the same problem too--where's that thread, and why doesnt someone who knows what to do make a new and improved one?
