Exclamation How has the S changed your life?

Just saw this topic on the Vintage owners forum, and thought it was quite interesting.

To me, it has brought my stress level down. I could just throw the top down and I'm all smiles

I've had a farmer's tan all summer. That's definitely unusual and different for me.

Yes, it is just a car, it hasnt brought me fame or success, but it sure as hell is alot more pleasureable to drive than my previosu car. Although I do get a little more upset when i get a ding, scuff, etc. It is definatley one of the funnest cars I have ever driven, so i guess it makes me more impatent for the work day to end lol...

Also it has sparked an extreme interest in cars and what makes them perform in me. Always loved cars, never really understood all the aspects that made them work, but I'm learning alot more now, mostly from this site alone

Okay im babbeling on im going to bed....

How has it changed my life? Well, my account balances are a hell of a lot lower because of it. But I wouldn't do anything differently even if I could.

Nothings changed here. Only thing that really happened is that i proved everyone wrong that said i wouldn't be able to make the payments each month because of my age.

I'm getting all these hot chicks coming up to me, all wanting to get up on me. And all this money is dropping from the sky all over me. Champagne is flowing...

Oh wait. Back to reality.

Bank account is way smaller. Gas bill is way higher cuz I can't stop driving the car. Girlfriend complains that the car is too small and the ride is too bumpy. Paranoid all the time when the car is parked somewhere besides my own garage. And I walk around with a silly grin sometimes cuz I'm thinking about my car.

Besides that, same sh*t, different day. Work, sleep, work, sleep, work, sleep...But oh how fun the weekends are driving around everywhere...
