How high do you run the RPM ranges per gear in everyday driving?

I drive in the city a lot and tend to change around the 4k mark most of the time. when there is a clear stretch of road I will often take it up to 8-8.5k.... when it comes to getting onto freeways..... 9k in each gear until I am going WAY too fast and then back off..... always in 6th when I am just cruising....

I usually shift between 4-5K rpms around town. Ad to and from work. I'm mostly in traffic on the way to/from work so not much opportunity to see the tach rainbow. On the highway ( especially on the on-ramps ) I tend to get it to red line.
I also get about 30 mpg ( +-2 mpg ) between refils. Except during weeks that I did some "spirited" mountain driving.

I tend to shift between 3-5, and 4-5 from stoplights on the highways. For I25 onramps (only high speed road here) I redline through third, then slow down Makes for good gas milage (30 +-2 is about right); track days are about 8 and always above 7K (where my vtec kicks in).
