Default How long did your OEM clutch last?

Please reply with miles, and driving conditions, like mostly highway, weekend car, dedicated track car, etc.

Mine was replaced at 15,000 under warranty for buzzing.

Speaking of clutch, I just tried to launch my car today at 5000 RPM's and I didn't even break the rear tires loose. The car just rolled slowly and after I began rolling I could smell the clutch. Do you think that my clutch needs to be replaced? Under normal driving conditions there is no slippage at all.

If so, my clutch has lasted 55,000 miles

I've noticed lately that when I shift at high rpms the clutch has been slipping like crazy. It just stays at a single rpm for about 3 seconds and then grabs. New clutch time?

16K and it is not slipping, but I can tell it is getting there. I ran the car in autocrosses for two seasons. Many drop clutch launches.
