Default How long does the fabric on the soft top last?

I leased my S2000 in June and I realized it had been at the dealership sitting outside since the previous November.

How long should the top last before needing replacement? I'm worried they'll try to screw me when I turn it in at lease-end. Any experiences?

Sitting outside for 7 months (4 such months were winter months, short days, etc) You should be OK.
Top is tough and will withstand the elements. I see more gripes about slashed tops than anything else, so put some 303 or lexol vinyl (yes it's a vinyl top) protectant and watch where you park!
Cheers,
Daniel

6 years and still looks great(except for the shower-door back window). 303 is key.

Negative. It's a protectant for the soft top.

No it isn't. It is a vinyl treatment for the top.
