I have Fiamm "Highway Blasters" dual tone, dual electromagnetic horns - 125 db. These are the ones shaped like snails. Have never regretted it. Make those I honk at start looking for the grill of an old Buick.
I've done the airhorn route, but just don't like that European high pitched sound. Besides, if you don't the annual routine maintenance on them, they won't work well for too long.

Are the 04 horns better than previous years? My04 is very loud and more baritone, at least compared to my 2000 Prelude and other Hondas.

i think they changed it for the my04. its in the engine compartment. the design of the horn looks exactly like a bmw oem horn and sounds very similar.

Easy install, pulled the bumber and used the factory wiring which already has a 20 amp relay under the hood.

hey, one of my friend got something like that from philipines.
it has this module with buncha switches and a microphone,
it plays dog barks, cow mooing, sirens and what now.
using micro phone, you can curse and yell at people too.
and it was REAAALLLYYY loud, too!
