How low do you sit?

If you're not sitting upright with your wrists able to sit on top of the wheel when arms are extended, you're sitting like a ricer.
I'm 6'2 and my seat is only 1 or 2 clicks from the FRONT.

In the S [and pretty much only the S] I sit upright and close to the wheel. I find it gives me a better feel for the pedals, wheel and shifter incase I get the urge to be a bit aggressive.
In my other cars, I just put the chair back and practically lie back with one hand on the wheel barely conscious of where I'm going or what's in my way while getting there.

did I read "front"?
I may sound silly, but how do you heel-and-toe? your legs sure look like an accordion.
Im 6.2". The base of my seat is all the way back and the back of the seat is all the way to the front (90 degrees base and back). That way, (with my back resting at the seat) my wrists lay on the top of my steering wheel and I can heel-toe easily.
I really do not understand how can you fit in the S2000
I position the seat closer to the wheel, and more upright, when autocrossing. On long drives, I move it further back, and recline it a little more. I use to be a fan of the Mario Andretti style, where you want your arms and legs more or less straight, but the Evolution instructiors quickly convinced me (by making me try it) that sitting a lot closer to the wheel and pedals is much better. Easier to see/feel what the car is doing, and easier to operate the controls. At first it felt awkward, but once you adjust to a closer position you'll never go back.
And the airbag *CAN* kill or injure you if you sit too close to the wheel. That's why I rack the seat back a little more for street driving (that, plus the added comfort).
I'm 6'1" tall.

I beg you pardon?

I prefer to have the seatback quite upright, more so than most people. I scooch my butt all the way into the seat, and my back and shoulders feel better restrained by the bolsters, and I hold the steering wheel at 3 & 9. I feel like I have more control of the car this way.
