Default how to make the rear less twitchy on an 01'

I'm wondering how to make the rear end less likely to break lose at the limits? Sway bar? Shocks? Cross brace?

I go on the ocassional autocross, and a couple track days here and there in my prelude. The s2000 is relatively new to me. I've heard it's a twitchy rear end and I can see why, also that it was tweaked and toned down on the AP2's. So I was just wondering what they did to the AP2's that we can make our AP1's similar in behavior and predictability in the corners. I checked the FAQ's but didn't really find what I was looking for.

For the AP2, Honda stiffened the front springs, softened the rear springs, changed the swaybars some (don't recall the details) and changed the shock tuning (Honda won't say how.)

Perhaps a good place to start is picking up a set of 04-05 coilovers.

This might be of help.

Scroll down to the last few parapgraphs. The excerpt is below.

"To start with, the front springs are 6.7 percent stiffer, and the shocks are tuned to suit. The rear springs are 10.0 percent softer, and the rear anti-roll bar is softer as well. Once you add rear tires that are 30mm wider than the fronts (instead of just 20mm as before), it's clear that the rear of the car is going to hang on until after the front tires give up."

To clarify, the front springs were stiffened a little (on the order of 5%), while the rear springs were softened a lot (on the order of 40% if I recall correctly). I suppose you could check if the AP2 rear springs and shocks fit in the AP1 chassis.

What about the Brit alignment specs for MY 00-03? Would that do the trick?

Won't this remedy a "twitchy" rear:

I was thinking of getting that. I notice the rear end in my 00 gets squirly pretty easy.
