How many did a 2-1 shift instead of 2-3?

During redline shifts my Stook frequently changes 2-5 instead of 2-3. This has been an ongoing problem since new.

It has now got so bad that it does a 2-5 "GRIND" - can you believe it.

Well Honda can't - our local honda tech representative (note NOT dealer representative BUT Honda Australia) has sat in my passenger seat whilst I did it twice in a row but because he can't achieve it (this guy went out of his way to ensure slow smooth shifts) then as far as Honda is concerned it's my sloppy shifting/bad clutch work that is the problem.

I sometimes don't get into third on first attempt when
i'm driving hard. I get a little too excited.

Also nearly went from 5th to 2ND once - that was nearly
very bad

I've done the 5->4 instead of 5->6 more times than I care to admit, but its never been a engine-threatening speeds.

Your Stook did exactly what you asked for. It's a manual, it goes to the gear you put it in. Don't blame the car.

I thought it would take a lot of force to push it from 2-1
