how mint is your S2k?
My car was mint when I got it three years ago. Every mark is a memory. Like the time that piece of pavement nicked the hood on the way to the windshield. Or the time that **** with a weed wacker didn't pause for me to drive by and a piece of dirt hit my driver fender. Or the time I didn't put my windshield wipers down to lift the hood and I stayed mad at myself all week. And every micro-swirl is one loving car wash too many without polish.
Indeed it is, thanks. And it runs about as well as it looks
. Both cars were painted in the same year, in fact. The early to mid 90s were the salad days for Acura. It's a long way back to their roots from where they are now but that's a topic for another thread.

Mine is pretty mint. A 2001 bought 4 years ago with 17,000 miles, it now has 27,000 & just one small repaired stone chip to show for it.
Originally bought to relieve my restored Triumph TR7 & TR8s from shopping centre duties, I quickly decided it was also too good, & bought a 1994 Mercury Capri for that, & it joined the Triumphs as fun cars only.
It is likely to be here awhile, I've had my Triumphs for 14 & 12 years each, & doubt I'll keep the S for any less time. With 3 cars begging to be driven, it is unlikely to rack up too many miles very quickly.

My S2000 has never been mint flavored. It smelled of new leather and carpet for some time after I first drove it away from the dealership lot, but mint has really never been a flavor or a smell in my car.
I like those little mints that Starbucks sells. Those are kind of a cool... minty, even. But I don't keep those in my car.
Per Wikipedia:
Mint condition is an expression used in the description of pre-owned goods. Originally, the phrase related to the way collectors described the condition of coins. As the name given to a coin factory is a "mint", then mint condition is the condition a coin is in when it leaves the mint.
