Hi,
I'm about to buy this car (later this week). I was curious how much others are paying for a 2003 S2000 out the door (after taxes and licensing, etc). The best (of two dealers) I've got quoted is $36,900 including lojack, front and rear spoilers and side strakes installed. I'm in Southern California. Any tips on getting a deal?

Do a search on this topic. Plenty of threads about it. People have been getting very good deals in Illinois (29 to 30K). That's about 32K OTD. Sales have been relatively slow for this vehicle, an upgraded engine (2.2L) has already been anounced for model year 2004, so that should give ya plenty of leverage.

What? I thought the 2.2L engine was for the s2200. Is the 2004 S2000 going to have the 2.2?

Well I am hopefully about to be the proud owner of a s2000, and the dealer that i am using is charging invoice for a brand new s2000 with less than 10 miles.
