OK, so I'm graduating in 2 weeks from the University of Houston. I will be buying an S within 3 to 4 weeks.

Question....how much do you guys pay?

1. Your Age
2. Year of car
3. What type of coverage?

I'm 21,

From geico...i got a quote as follows for full coverage insurance with $500 deductable collision

2000 s2k= $642 for 6 mo's
2002 s2k= $840 for 6 mo's
2004 s2k= $1154 for 6 mo's.....
Also remember that quotes are almost never accurate. 95% of the time they end up being jacked up by at least 25%, once they get EVERY information about you.

CA - 20
Unitrin Direct
2 Tickets (Less than 15mph over (both 2 years old))
1990 Jeep (Liability)
2001 S2000 ($500 ded)
$275 a month

Trust me, I've gotten quotes from all the other big boys. Even had one of those internet broker guys try and beat what I'm paying- thus far it can't be done.

Virginia

27
Full Coverage with higher limits
$1,000 deductibles
HomeOwner's Policy and 2 cars = $115 a month
Allstate
1 speeding ticket

The types of tickets influence your rates along with age and location.

For most of my driving life my premiums/rates were much higher. I didn't get what I have now till I qualified for Allstate's Premier program (low points on the driving record and over 3 years without payment glitches.....plus decent credit).

Someone paying more than me ($275) a month, makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

Sucks doesn't it?
