Default How much lower is the oem lip?

I love the look of the ap2 front lip. I've already scraped up the bottom of my front bumper like crazy. Lots of polholes in my area. How much. Lower is the oem lip? Is it only 1" lower than the bumper?

Its not much lower, but it sticks out further. If you are tearing up the nose on normal roads, a lip wouldn't stand a chance.

^^Yeah...I have the OEM front lip on my AP2 and have yet to hit it on anything. I didn't hit my normal bumper either. Are you lowered? And are you sure you aren't rubbing the clearance guards?

About 3/4 of an inch or so lower all around the front. Isn't really significant. If you hear anything scraping, it's generally the little "flap/diffuser" things in front of each wheel.

Best way to protect your front lip if you were to get one is the get the Coastal Metal Front Diffuser. It makes the front end of the car look a little more aggressive and at the same time protects your OEM lip.

I've searched everywhere. Can you provide a link to where this can be bought?
