My car has a cyclic whirl just like milkbubble's, whirl video

Except that it's only louder and makes my whole car vibrate at 60mph or more.

How much should I expect to replace the rear wheel bearings at a Honda dealer?

Does the HondaCare cover it? I really regret buying HondaCare as it seems useless, but if it actually covers it, then I'll be a happy camper.
