Default replacement wheel cover novice

my friends told me that replacement wheel cover or hullcaps could add some bling to my car, so i decided to buy, but the problem is this; are the Replacement Cover for the wheels has the same standard size? or it really depends on the size of the wheel? i really had no idea where to start... please help!
