how often do you guys kick into vtec?

At least once whenever i get to drive it. Sometimes, I just want to hear the switch over, and then I'm satisfied by 7,000 rpm. Other times when I'm not as strong, a quick VTEC switch over, turn into a second, third and 4th gear pull.
