I take it to redline just about everytime I drive it... even if it's just a lazy drive around town.

I usually just drive my S pretty easy so I can save gas and just keep it in the best condition I can, but every once in a while I do take it all the way up there. Maybe a couple of times a week if even that much. I do go for some long periods of just shifting normal. The car is more fun around turns anyway!

On an average Sunday? Dozens of times. Been autocrossing my S heavily since I bought it in 2003.

At least once every time I drive it.

If I decide to take it out, that means it's a nice day and/or I'm going to hit some of the fun roads.

It's what the car was meant for. If you take care of it there's no reason to feel bad.

Never yet. Have had mine only 5 months and it still feels weird shifting at such high RPMs. I engage the VTEC sometimes when accelerating hard but that's about it. Will have to take it out somewhere where there's an empty highway and play around with high-RPM travel
