How rare is the s2000
That would mean that 30,000 to 4MYs. That means 7500 units per MY; given that there are 7 colors, there were about 1071 Spa yellow MY01 units produced in the US... and I'm assuming less as I have never seen another Spa Yellow on the road, and it just appears to be a more rare color. 
So technically, I have one of 1071 or less vehicles.

How about some "field" research .... On a recent trip from Miami to Key West and back, I was seeing a ton of Mustang convertibles - so I started keeping count for the remainder of my drive:
Mustang convertibles: 53
S2000s: 0
Mustang convertibles: 53
