How reckless are you?
I drive a few MPH faster than the cars around me on the expressway (75-80MPH), and follow the pace of vehicles around me in the city (usually no more than 5 MPH over limit). As exciting as it is, I don't see VTEC very much, especially since my aftermarket exhaust gets loud at WOT and draws undesirable attention. I bought the car because I wanted to track, as well as enjoy a nice day out with the top down.
FWIW, I've only had 1 ticket in the last 14 years of driving. Ironically, I got that first ticket when I was 16 for going 15 over the speed limit on an empty road. Be responsible, don't drive like an asshole and you should be fine 99% of the time with regard to avoiding accidents and tickets.

most of the time i go the speed limit because my car is so damn loud. When i do open up i usually go about 10-15mph over the limit. There are times when im doing 60 in a 35 without noticing, but some roads are just open and shouldn't be that slow of a limit. I do race on occasion, but that's rare unless i know the person i'm racing
if its just you and that other person, i say sure why not have a bit of fun. but when there are a lot of people and traffic, i say no to that. and why would you not speed in this beautiful machine of art we have. the S2000 begs to be above the speed limit
