Thanks for reading this post!

I just got some aftermarket clear side markers and want to fit them. Normally, Honda side markers have a little indentation on the rear where you put a screwdriver in, push a tab and the thing can be lifted out.

But the S2000 ones have no indentation at all either front or back. How do I get them off without damaging the paint?

Alternatively, does anybody have a relevant page out of the Helm manual they can send me please?

Thanks in advance,

Check out page 197 of the manual:

"Use a small flat blade screwdriver to pry carefully on the back edge of the side turn signal assembly until it pops out of the body"

'Carefully' is the operative word, I imagine. Like you, I would also be concerned about damaging the paint.

Many of us will soon be getting Rick's replacement side markers so I'm sure there will be plenty of experiences to share.

I believe that the indicators in Rick's GB may be identical to the Sonar ones, so he has put it in hold until he can find out some more info.
