Looks like the holder for the hood prop. Part No.91503-SS0-003. Three bucks at your Honda dealer.

Snaps in. Rip the old one out and snap in the new one. When you get the new piece you will see how it goes in.

Look underneath. You'll see the plastic forms a spring clip. You squeeze the clips, and while holding them closed, pull up on the clip to remove it from the metal hole.

New one just slides in and spring clips will just snap into place.

To squeeze the sides to remove, its a bit tricky as its 4 clips, so you'd need like two pair of pliers, and it can be frustrating.

You can instead pry and break off the clips. I would be careful just trying to rip it out, as the metal bracket can easily bend.

Get under there with a flat blade screwdriver and or some needlenose, pry them off.

A small socket can squeeze 4-sided clips.

Side cutters will remove the old part -- I assume you're not trying to save it for any reason.

Got you. Just afraid of bending the metal if I take it out improperly. Thanks, bro.
