The car's ride is perfect. How do you feel about ride quality? That really is the question.

To most of us on this board, who own and enjoy the car, it is precisely the ride that we want. You are the variable. Go try it.

The ride is firm and very well controlled. I absolutely love how fast I can go over VERY rough roads and remain totally in control. I've never bottomed the suspension, either.

My wife and I both love the way that this car rides, firm but compliant. Try it, you will like it.

I tried it. I liked it. In fact, I loved it! I bought one.
I don't think there's much "in-between" with this car. As was stated above: "Love it or hate it."

If anyone has an S2000 he thinks has too soft of a ride, I've got 14 official Honda S2000 OEM rubber spring stiffeners for sale, $15/stiffener in groups of 14 only. Only used once (from Japan to Sheridan, Wyoming).

i drove a civic lowered about 2 inches before my s2000 and the s2000's ride is definitely worse. It's about as bad as the ride on my brother's integra gsr with really stiff springs.

Even though you can feel all the bumps in the road, it is a million times better than any car that has been lowered with aftermarket springs.

My only concern is when I'm driving at night and feel that people might think I'm flashing my HIDs at them as I'm bumping down the highway. LOL
