How to roll your fenders

Hiyas i ordered some custom adr m sports and the its just large enough to rub my rear fender lining when i hit a hard bump. i just have lowering teins so i cant adjust my height but i would like to roll my rear fenders. any tools out there that are reasonably priced? thanks in advance.
