Reading all the posts I am confused buy all the different standards that seem to be put out by Honda in different countries.

Here is the UK standard spec (I think) based on 00 car. How does this vary in other countries?

leather upholstry
keyless central locking
boot release in locking
aluminium gearlever
drilled aluminium pedals (no rubber bungs)
embost kick plates
electric windows, mirrors and roof
locking wheel nuts
3yr/90,000 mile warranty

Colour options:-

Silver - red or black
Red - black
Black - red or black

Are you sure it's not 90km warranty?

I think the aluminum gear lever is just the aluminum shift knob.

Out of the three S2K shipping domains (Japan, US, Europe/Oceania) the headlight washer is only on the Eurpeon model. This is due to regulations on the HID lighting system stock on the S2K. While there is no wiper there is a water jet washer located just below the headlamp lense assembly. Photos of the three headlamps and washer vs. non washer can be found at: http://www.dry-unet.ocn.ne.jp/foe_home/
Hit cancel when it asks to download Japanese. Go to S2000 the "Colors". Not only will you find the "washer" but all colors present and future for the S2K.
Good Luck.

Then what are those black things that keep spraying me with cold water when ever my GF gets amorous and leans over the centre console?

Oceania (I love that term), or at least Australian S's have the ugly headlight washers also. My question marks represented a "Why?" rather than a "What?".
