What I would do is drive up on some 2x4's then use your stock jack to get some height and fit a floor/racing jack on the mounting points. Just go in reverse order to lower it. s2kmugen and I had the greatest time off all trying to get his ride off the ground and then dropping it again.......
When I say lift the fenders, I just mean grab the fender with your hands and raise that corner a few inches, or just enough to get the jack under. Of course this only works if you just barely can't fit the jack under, but it doesn't hurt anything at all unless you have one of those gay, fiberglass flimsyass aftermarket pieces.
i think the point he is trying to make is that the promlem is not only that the kit is low to the ground but that it covers the jacking points on the side of the frame.

and let me repeat myself.... dont lift the fenders and "just raise it a few inches".. you must be super man to "just lift it a few inches" You can't just lift it up b/c when you have the body kit on the side, it makes the car inches lower to the ground, which in turn you have to DOUBLE the height to get the jack under the car and when you do, you have to make sure it doesn't hit the body kit while raising the car up. Oh, if you're trying to emply that my car has flimsyass aftermarket pieces, say it to my face , if not, then all good!
I feel your problem. I can't lift the car a few inches with Buddy Clubs Coilovers at all. I have to drive onto a few board stacked in a staircase (drive on the first board and place another board on it, repeat as necessary) and then jack my car up from the rear differential jack point. Be sure and use a 2x4 board on the jack to distribute the weight across the diff!
That's what I had to do when I put on my Garage Defend Skirts...

like i said, "if not, all good!" if the comment wasn't towards me then I have no beef..... but if you want to look for me at the next GTG... go right ahead, I'll be waiting for you.
I heard Saturday is gonna be pretty beautiful, though. But then back to rain and more rain on Sunday. It does break the norm though. It's usually beautiful on weekdays and shitty on weekends.
I have seen for sale (usually for 4WD purposes),a device which essentially is an exhaust powered balloon/bag that you stick under the car and inflate. No idea where to get these or how well they work, they are only really intended to help change a wheel.
