you mean just as toyota blatantly copies MB designs in their lexus lines and acura does w/ bmw designs??

 

well honda did this in the past.... Honda and Isuzu had the passport and rodeo, same exact car... just honda rebadged it... i dont think any issues ever car up between them

but as for a replica of the s2k, i personally wouldnt be too happy with it, since the s2k is so unique and is pretty much a symbol of honda excellence and engineering

 

well LOOK AT RX-8 add the third door and hard top

 

They did the same thing to the new generation WRX. They made some cheesy rip off.
