I was rear ended by a Chevy Tahoe in March leaving a parking lot. I couldn't believe it.

Well, the S is sitting at DTM autobody for over a week now un-touched waiting to be seen by a AAA adjuster(he keeps flaking)

Bumper and trunk need to be replaced with some rear panel work.

Now I'm driving a big truck, which I hate....Sucking up gas like no other, boring to drive *YAWN*, can't take turns ....I need my V-Tec fix!

Didn't want to go through the hassle of a getting a rental but they're taking forever, so I will now take advantage. Gas shouldn't be a bad either.

Low or not, that's no justification. There are plenty of other cues to determine distance even if the driver's depth perception is shot. If the driver can't tell distance in such cases then the license needs to be revoked.

tell the shop to charge storage, even if you get nothing out of it now, you'll get a favor or better service in the future. they're entitled to it, and since the other party is footing the bill, you're all good!

 

i think you can get 25 bucks a day till your car is fixed for rental. I did that and didn't rent a car and just took a check.
