I am lowering my s2000
Depend on how much money you want to spent. Eibach, Neuspeed, or any other springs, you should get Koni Yellow shocks for the cheapest route. Should cost 700 or a bit more depend on where you buy it.
Or you can get Bilstien coilover set up with shocks or Tein RA coilover set up. Those run about $1500+.

Springs alone are rarely enough to satisfy. You'll end up doing it all over again either to add aftermarket struts (like Konis) or coilovers.
I made the same mistake and now have to back track.

I did the tein type flex coils on my civic. WOW.... so much better, while very firm it was still fogiving and very little bob. If you have the money just go for the coils, you will also need the pillow mounts if they are not included.

Better go with the coilovers.
For a temp solution in a past case of mine I had the eibach springs fitted and once my shocks give up am going for the Tein Flex with EDFC.

i just dropped my car tonight with s-techs. the ride didnt change much if at all but it does corner a bit better but not all that significantly. i will go with coilovers after i find the ones i really want and find the money too hehe. but for the meanwhile that ugly offroading gap between the tire and wheel well has gone from unacceptable to looks preatty good (still could be lower but driveway wont allow) but yea if you can wait and have the money definitely definitely go with the coilovers.
