I am a NEW MEMBER !!!
Ahhh, a spanky new 2002 Spa Yellow. Sorry listening in for a while and wanted real glass, so hunted for a 2k2 Yellow.
Anyway, glad to be here. Already put on the Neuspeed Strut Tower. Next is the rear speakers, and a Voodoo knob. Between this and the S4...I am going broke.
I see that Syncromesh is almost a requirement, I assume that a good synthetic is also warranted (Mobil 1). Any suggested weights. Also, any advice on the break in and first oil change (1K miles).
I look forward to all of your insight for the future.
PS...my wife actually LIKES the car (as a passenger of course).

I've asked my wife many times "you want to drive it" her answer,"no,no it's your car"she says when she's riding with me the car looks hard to drive.Guess I'll just have to suffer and always be behind the wheel.

I see a trend developing here. My wife has also never driven my S2000 despite repeated offers.
I get the same, "No, that's your car."
No problem driving a straight transmission. Her car has a 5-speed. In fact, in a family of 4 licensed drivers, I'm the only one to have sat behind the wheel of the S2000.
I guess it is "my car".
